As I was thinking about various issues that had been recently weighing on my mind this morning, I happened across a thought regarding the concept of grace and its common (mis)usage.
What we tend not to acknowledge is that grace requires two components:

Love
Justice

Romans 5:8:
But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (NIV)
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (NASB)
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died [...]

Romans 5:5:
And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. (NIV)
and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. (NASB)
